Fleet Management Employee

Central point of contact for all questions regarding our vehicles; scheduling and ordering of company vehicles as well as organization of handovers and returns; maintenance and updating of vehicle master data; administration of the fleet including fuel and charging cards; invoice and cost processing including plausibility checks and allocation to vehicles/cost centers; communication with drivers, insurers, lessors and workshops; ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements, e.g. organization of driver's license checks and support for instructions on vehicle use and owner liability

Completed commercial apprenticeship, alternatively technical apprenticeship with relevance to fleet, vehicles or workshop; several years of professional experience in fleet or fleet management, logistics or leasing as well as experience with ERP systems and fleet management software; proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel (lists, evaluations, simple analyses), knowledge of relevant legal frameworks; independent, structured and responsible way of working, high service and customer orientation both externally and internally, strong communication skills and confident, friendly demeanor, team player and willingness to join an existing team of experienced fleet managers; class B driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
