Our three-year Abitur graduate program is an alternative to university and, with a qualification equal to a bachelor's degree, lets you build a career even without studying.

• Practical training: You will work in our Takko stores and learn all the important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, presenting goods, operating the checkout, and stocktaking.
• Theoretical training: You gain a lot of theoretical knowledge – from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block courses at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: You are prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so that you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - university dropouts are also warmly welcome
