Our three-year Abitur program is an alternative to university and offers you the chance to build a career without studying, with a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree.

• Practical training: You will work in our Takko stores and learn all the important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, presenting goods, operating the cash register, and inventory.
• Theoretical training: You will learn a lot of theory from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: You will be prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - university dropouts are also warmly welcome
