Our three-year Abitur program is an alternative to university and gives you the chance to build a career without studying, with a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree.

• Practical training: you work in our Takko stores and learn all important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, operating the cash register, and inventory.
• Theoretical training: you gain a lot of theoretical knowledge from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: you are prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - dropouts from university are also warmly welcome
• Sense of responsibility: enjoyment of taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop yourself
