What You'll Learn
- Protection: Find tailored property and casualty insurance solutions for business customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken so they can look to the future with confidence.
- Advice: Focus on what matters to customers. Identify their needs and support them in person or digitally as they seek greater security.
- Customer management: Build trust through each contact. Maintain existing relationships and win over new customers with individual insurance plans.
- Knowledge sharing: Identify market opportunities and share your knowledge with the sales partner and team to help everyone succeed.
Requirements
- Vocational training in insurance, for example as an insurance specialist or insurance clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Sound technical and sales knowledge of commercial property insurance
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a clear focus on customers
- Confidence with digital tools and the ability to take initiative
