What Takko Fashion offers

• Our three-year school leaver programme offers an alternative to university, giving you a qualification at bachelor's degree level and the chance to build a career without a degree.
• Practical training: you will work in our Takko stores and learn all the key tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the till and taking stock.
• Classroom training: you will learn from experienced colleagues and attend regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: you will learn about leading staff and managing people so you can run a store later.
• Three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications: retail sales professional, advanced retail management specialist and trainer qualification
• Welcome event: a nationwide introduction event for all new apprentices
• Varied work: a wide range of tasks with responsibility during your training
• Personal support: close guidance and support, including help preparing for exams
• Good pay: good training pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses, plus help with rent or travel costs under certain conditions
