Abi program for management - retail specialist (m/f/d) in Herdecke. Over 18 months (shortened with good performance) to become a retail specialist with takeover guarantee. You take responsibility in consulting, sales, merchandise management, warehousing, assortment design, personnel planning, and store control. • Conducting consulting and sales conversations
• Determination of merchandise requirements and disposition of goods
• Storage and control of goods
• Structure and design of the merchandise assortment
• Presentation of goods and implementation of sales promotion measures
• Introduction to employee management
• Conducting personnel planning as well as creation of sales statistics, success controls and settlements to control and steer the performance of the market

• Good high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification
• Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
• Interest in business contexts
• Customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Confident and self-assured demeanor
