Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers, 2027

This three-year programme offers an alternative to university, leading to a qualification equivalent in level to a bachelor's degree. It combines practical work in Takko stores, classroom teaching in blocks and preparation for managing a store.

• Practical training: work in Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the till and taking stock.
• Theoretical training: learn from experienced colleagues and attend regular blocks of classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: prepare for staff leadership and personnel management so you can manage a store later.

• School qualification: full entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or Abitur; university dropouts are also welcome
