Our three-year Abitur program is an alternative to university and, with a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree, lets you build a career without studying.

• Practical training: you will work in our Takko stores and learn all important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, operating the cash register, and inventory.
• Theoretical training: you will learn a lot of theory – from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: you will be prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so that you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - university dropouts are also warmly welcome
