Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers, Apprenticeship 2027

Our three-year training programme for school leavers offers an alternative to university, with a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree and the chance to build a career without attending university.

• Practical training: you will work in our Takko stores and learn all the key tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the till and taking stock.
• Classroom training: you will gain theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: you will learn about leading staff and managing personnel so that you can run a store in the future.

• School qualification: a full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; university dropouts are also welcome
• Responsibility: enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop your skills
• Team spirit: enjoy working with people and fashion, and be able to work in a team
