About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung. In your training in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Region: Kastellaun, start: 01.08.2027, duration: 2.5 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at the GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understanding insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you have realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practical way
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprenticeship pay: Monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third year of training, plus vacation and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries.

- The regular training period is 2.5 years. If your performance is good, it can be shortened to 2 years.
