High School Graduate Program Retail Business Specialist Apprenticeship 2027

Takko's three-year program for school graduates is an alternative to university and offers a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree, so you can build a career without studying. You work in Takko stores, learn in block courses at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover, and are prepared to manage a store. Full-time, starting 1 August 2027.

• Practical training: You work in our Takko stores and learn all important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, operating the cash register, and inventory.
• Theoretical training: You learn a lot of theory - from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block courses at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: You are prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - university dropouts are also very welcome
• Sense of responsibility: enjoying taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop yourself
• Team spirit: enjoying contact with people and fashion as well as the ability to work in a team
