Retail Management Programme for School Leavers with University Entrance Qualifications, Apprenticeship 2027 in Wächtersbach

A three-year Takko programme in Wächtersbach starting on 1 August 2027, offering an alternative to university. It combines practical store training with blocks of classroom learning at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover and prepares you to manage a store.

• Practical training: Work in our Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, product displays, operating the till and stocktaking.
• Theoretical training: Learn from experienced colleagues and attend regular blocks of classroom learning at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: Learn about leading staff and managing personnel to prepare you to run a store later.

• School qualification: full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; applicants who have left university without graduating are also welcome
