What Takko Fashion offers

• During the three-year dual apprenticeship as a retail management assistant, you learn everything you need for a successful career.
• Practical training: You work in our Takko stores and learn all important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, product displays, till operation, stocktaking and staff management.
• Theoretical training: You learn the theory from experienced colleagues and through weekly lessons at a vocational school near you.
• Chamber of Commerce qualification: Quality training leading to a recognised retail management assistant qualification from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
• Personal support: Close support and development, including help preparing for examinations.
• Pay: Good training pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and travel subsidies under certain conditions.
• Holiday: Six weeks of holiday per year.
