From your first day as an apprentice, you will be part of the team and work directly with customers in the branch and by phone. You will receive practical training, support from your trainers, and digital training sessions and seminars at the academy. • Join the team and work directly with customers in the branch and by phone from the first day
• Advise customers on loans and financial provisions
• Offer customers suitable products
• Receive practical training for your duties
• Take part in digital training sessions and seminars at the academy
• Receive guidance and support from your trainers

• At least an intermediate secondary school leaving certificate at the start of the apprenticeship
• Very good German at C2 or native-speaker level is recommended because of the direct customer contact
• Open personality and enjoyment of interacting with people
• Customer satisfaction is your top priority
• Interest in long-term development opportunities, for example as a branch manager
