• We teach you everything you need for your tasks through practical learning.
• Your trainers are always there to support you.
• You attend digital training sessions and seminars at our academy.
• Many career paths are open to you in the long term, for example as a branch manager.
• The apprenticeship is available full time or part time. Please mention in your application if you would like a part time apprenticeship.
• The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years when taken full time.
• You receive €1,400 in the first year, €1,470 in the second year and €1,550 in the third year, with proportional amounts for part time apprentices.
• You have 30 days of leave per year, adjusted proportionally for part time apprentices.
• Your vocational school is usually in the same town as your training branch.
• You receive an education grant, for example for a tablet to access our digital learning resources.
• Additional benefits include a Deutschlandticket travel pass, a special payment for very good or good results in your final exam, sports and health activities, and more.
