About this Apprenticeship
TARGOBANK is looking for sales customer advisers in Eschweiler. An 18-month qualification programme supports people starting in the role, including career changers. The work focuses on advice, sales and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Learn
- Complete an 18-month qualification programme to become a customer adviser
- Provide expert advice to our customers about our products, focusing on loans and financial protection
- Professionally attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Develop well-planned financial solutions that meet customer needs and follow our approach of considering their overall financial situation
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree, in either case with at least 6 months of sales and face-to-face advisory experience
- Alternatively, 3 years of sales experience in an industry requiring detailed customer advice, preferably automotive, travel or telecommunications
- As German is our business language, we recommend at least C1 proficiency
- A strong focus on closing sales and a record of success in active sales
- Strength in identifying customer needs and leading conversations

- You receive a permanent employment contract and 13 monthly salary payments under the banking pay agreement, starting in pay group 4 and later moving to pay group 6.
