About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- From your first day, you are part of the team and work directly with customers in the branch and by phone.
- You advise customers on matters such as loans and financial planning and offer suitable products.
Requirements
- You have at least an intermediate secondary school certificate when the apprenticeship begins.
- As you will work with customers from the start, very strong German skills at C2 or native-speaker level are recommended.
- You are open-minded and enjoy interacting with people.
- Customer satisfaction is your top priority.

- You receive 30 days of holiday per year, reduced proportionally for part-time training.
- Your vocational school is usually in the same town as your training branch.
- You receive an education allowance, for example towards a tablet to use our online learning resources.
- Additional benefits include a Deutschlandticket travel pass, a bonus for good or very good final exam results, sports and health programmes, and more.
