Apprenticeship as Bank Clerk Full-time/Part-time – Itzehoe (01.08.2027)

From day one you are part of the team and actively in customer contact (in the branch and by phone). You advise customers e.g. on loans and financial provision and offer suitable products. We teach you practically everything important for your tasks. Your trainers are always at your side. You participate in digital trainings and seminars in our academy. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (full-time). You receive in the 1st year €1,400, 2nd year €1,470, 3rd year €1,550 (part-time pro rata). You have 30 days vacation per year (part-time pro rata). Your vocational school is usually located at your apprenticeship branch. You receive an education grant (e.g. for a tablet). Additional benefits such as Deutschlandticket, bonus for good final exam, sports and health offers.

You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) at the start of the apprenticeship. Since you have direct customer contact from the start, we recommend a very good German level (C2 or native speaker level). You are open-minded and enjoy contact with people. Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
