About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- You are part of the team from day one and work directly with customers in the branch and by phone.
- You advise customers on topics such as loans and financial planning and offer suitable products.
- We teach you the practical skills you need for your tasks.
- Your trainers are always there to support you.
- You take part in digital training and seminars at our academy.
Requirements
- You have at least an intermediate secondary school certificate when the apprenticeship starts.
- Because you will work with customers from the start, we recommend very strong German skills at C2 or native speaker level.
- You are open and enjoy meeting people.
- Customer satisfaction comes first for you.
What TARGOBANK offers
- There are many long term career opportunities, such as becoming a branch manager.
- You can train full time or part time. Please mention in your application if you would like to train part time.
- The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years when taken full time.
- You receive €1,400 in the first year, €1,470 in the second year and €1,550 in the third year, reduced proportionally for part time training.
- You have 30 days of holiday a year, reduced proportionally for part time training.
- Your vocational school is usually in the same location as your training branch.
- You receive an education grant, for example for a tablet to use our digital learning resources.
