- Work as part of the team from day one and support customers in the branch and by phone.

Requirements
- You have at least an intermediate secondary school certificate when the apprenticeship starts.
- As you will work with customers from the start, very good German at C2 or native-speaker level is recommended.
- You are open and enjoy contact with people.
- Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
