Personal advice instead of hotline: you look after and advise our long-standing private and business customers as a fixed contact person (f/m/d) on all insurance questions on site and in the field By acquiring new customers you build up the agency's portfolio and contribute to building long-term business relationships through looking after our customers Long-term support you accompany our customers permanently from the first consultation to support in the event of a claim through claims management and settlement of minor claims Through regular analyses you check whether the coverage of your customers matches their current life situation and optimise their current insurance situation

• A completed apprenticeship in the insurance sector as an insurance specialist (f/m/d), management assistant (f/m/d) for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in customer advice as a key account manager (f/m/d), sales manager (f/m/d), sales representative (f/m/d), customer service representative (f/m/d), sales employee (f/m/d), or field service employee (f/m/d)
• As a communication and sales talent (f/m/d) you enjoy advising people individually
• A class B car driving licence
