• From day one, you are part of the team and actively in customer contact (in the branch and by phone).
• You advise customers, e.g., on loans and financial provision, and offer them suitable products.
• We teach you practically everything important for your tasks with us.

• ### Your Profile
• You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) at the start of the apprenticeship.
• Since you have direct customer contact from the start of the apprenticeship, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level).
• You are open-minded and enjoy contact with people.
• Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
• In the long term, many doors are open to you with us, for example as a branch manager.

• ## Your Job? Real.Different. What we offer you:
• Apprenticeship in full-time or part-time possible. Please indicate in your application if you would like to do a part-time apprenticeship.
• The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (in full-time).
• You receive €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year, and €1,550 in the 3rd year (pro-rated for part-time).
• You have 30 days of vacation per year (pro-rated for part-time).
• Your vocational school is usually located at the site of your training branch.
• You receive an education grant (e.g., for a tablet to use our digital learning offerings).
