Banking / Insurance Specialist in Greifswald

As part of TARGOBANK's sales team, you will support and advise customers on financial products. You will use your ideas, empathy, advice and sales skills to improve customer satisfaction.

• Provide knowledgeable customer support on our products
• Focus on advice about financial protection and loans
• Develop carefully considered financial solutions tailored to customer needs and consistent with our comprehensive approach
• Continuously strengthen customer relationships through your advice and excellent service
• Professionally acquire new customers

• Completed vocational training in banking or a comparable qualification in financial services
• Experience providing individual, personal advice to private customers
• As German is our business language, we recommend at least C1 proficiency
• Empathy and enjoyment of meeting people
• Strong customer service skills combined with independent working and team spirit
