What You'll Learn
- Protection: Find suitable insurance solutions for private customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken so they can look to the future with peace of mind.
- Advice: Focus on what really matters to customers. Identify their needs and support them in person or digitally as they work towards greater security.
- Customer management: Build trust with every contact. Maintain existing relationships and attract new customers with individual insurance plans.
- Knowledge sharing: Identify market opportunities and use your knowledge to support the sales partner and team in achieving greater success together.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in insurance, for example as an insurance specialist or insurance clerk, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience selling personal and property insurance
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a clear focus on customers
- Confidence using digital tools and the ability to take initiative
