Commercial Professional Training as a Sales Customer Adviser in Greifswald

TARGOBANK is seeking applicants with commercial qualifications or sales experience for customer advisory work in Greifswald. An 18-month training programme prepares you to advise on loans and financial protection products and to acquire and support customers.

• Complete an 18-month training programme to become a customer adviser
• Provide knowledgeable advice on our products, focusing on loans and financial protection
• Professionally acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
• Develop carefully considered financial solutions tailored to customer needs and consistent with our comprehensive approach

• Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree, in either case with at least six months of sales and personal advisory experience
• Alternatively, three years of sales experience in an industry requiring detailed customer advice, preferably automotive, travel or telecommunications
• As German is our business language, we recommend at least C1 proficiency
• A strong focus on closing sales and a record of success in active sales
• Strong skills in identifying customer needs and leading conversations
