TARGOBANK as a training company: BANK. REAL. DIFFERENT. That is our claim as an employer. We want to become the best bank for all our customers and employees, which is why we are looking for people who want to make a difference together. With us, you can participate fully in your apprenticeship right from day one. You will receive the support you need at all times. Working at eye level included. Your apprenticeship: From the first day, you are part of the team and actively in customer contact (in the branch and by phone). You advise customers, e.g., on loans and financial provision, and offer them suitable products. We teach you practically everything important for your tasks with us. Your trainers are always at your side. You take part in digital trainings and seminars in our academy.
