About this Apprenticeship
TARGOBANK is looking for people who want to achieve something together, including career changers who are supported with a qualification program when starting a new career. In the sales team you bring your advisory and sales talent.
What You'll Learn
- Complete an 18-month qualification program to become a customer advisor
- Competent advice for our customers on our products (focus on loans and retirement provision)
- Professional new customer acquisition and existing customer care
- Developing well-thought-out, needs-based financial solutions that fit our holistic approach
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or completed degree, each with at least 6 months of sales and personal advisory experience
- Or 3 years of sales experience in an advice-intensive industry (preferably automotive, travel or telecommunications)
- Since our business language is German, we recommend at least a C1 language level
- Strong closing orientation and success in active sales
- Strength in needs analysis and conversation skills
