They are looking for entrepreneurial personalities who want to become visible in their area, actively use networks and achieve measurable real estate success. The network with Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG and Württembergische Versicherung AG allows full customer support from property valuation and sale to financing and protection.

• Build an active property portfolio in your region and regularly acquire new properties and prospects
• Guide owners and prospects through a professional brokerage process, from property valuation to contract signing
• Become visible as a local real estate expert and develop your own marketing measures
• Build and maintain a sustainable network, tapping into the W&W network
• Use the agent CRM, property valuation software and digital tools efficiently
• Run your business like an entrepreneur: manage marketing, sales and resources

• Take responsibility and make conscious decisions
• Strong communication skills and building trust

• Proven sales experience
• Marketing know-how and affinity for marketing
