About this Apprenticeship
As part of TARGOBANK's sales team in Saarlouis, you bring your ideas, empathy and your advisory and sales talent, inspire customers and move the bank forward. The goal is to develop into a manager.
What You'll Learn
- Learning how to properly manage a branch and lead employees responsibly
- Expanding the customer portfolio through professional advisory talent
- Continuously deepening customer relationships through excellent service
- Careful analysis of key figures and deriving and implementing suitable measures
Requirements
- Training as a bank clerk (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification in the financial services industry
- Since our business language is German, we recommend at least a C1 language level
- Interest in leading a team and promoting teamwork
- Several years of experience in personal advice, individual and on equal terms
- Integrity and strong execution
