System Administrator / System Engineer in Microsoft Environment

Administer and operate Windows servers and Microsoft infrastructures; maintain and further develop existing IT system landscapes; analyze and resolve technical disruptions; plan and implement infrastructure changes and migrations; support Microsoft 365 and Azure topics; implement and continuously develop hardening and security measures; advise customers on technical issues; document systems, changes, and technical concepts.

Experience in administration of Microsoft-based IT infrastructures; good knowledge of Windows Server and classic IT operations; basic understanding of networks, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, typical infrastructure components; ideally knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Azure; initial experience in IT security and system hardening; ideally familiarity with regulatory requirements; structured, independent work style, quick adaptation to new topics; strong communication skills, customer and service orientation.
