Apprenticeship as Management Assistant in Healthcare – Health and Consulting Expert

In your apprenticeship as a management assistant in healthcare at TK, you get exactly that! As a health and consulting expert, you will learn everything you need to optimally support insured persons – and also inspire new customers with our health offerings. Your apprenticeship is as diverse as the people you work with. You attend trade fairs, visit companies and schools, advise both by phone and in person on site. Learn as much as possible about the healthcare system and social insurance. Understand what commercial processes have to do with the health insurance fund. Advise insured persons on our services – competently and individually, whether digitally, by phone, or on site. Not only spark interest but enthusiasm for TK and thereby win new customers. Get to know various TK locations during internships and understand how the individual areas work together.

You have a (technical) university entrance qualification or a good secondary school diploma by the start of the apprenticeship. You want not only to understand the commercial world of healthcare but to actively shape it. You are mobile and flexible for us. You approach people openly and love providing them with first-class customer service.

Work-Life Balance: You work 35.5 hours per week with flexible working hours between 6 am and 8 pm. 30 days vacation plus December 24 and 31 are days off. Attractive apprenticeship pay: We have an in-house collective agreement. You receive €1,550 in the 1st year, €1,675 in the 2nd year, and €1,800 in the 3rd year. Plus Christmas bonus, capital-forming benefits, and a company pension scheme. Apprenticeship duration 2.5 years: The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years – during this time you will be optimally prepared for your profession, gain valuable practical experience, and lay the foundation for a successful career. Throughout the apprenticeship, a dedicated contact person is at your side. Future-oriented training: We design your training to be future-oriented. You develop the necessary skills to successfully deal with the challenges of the changing world of work. Home Office: You can also work from home – this varies depending on the apprenticeship stage and practical experience. Deutschlandjobticket: You receive subsidies for the Deutschlandjobticket, reducing the cost to €44.10 instead of €63. Exercise and Health: We offer you a variety of company sports and health programs – from climbing, running, and yoga to exercise programs, mental training, and sustainable nutrition tips, varying by training location. Career: Upon successful takeover, your gross starting salary is at least €3,700.
