Apprenticeship as Management Assistant in Healthcare - Benefits Expert

In your apprenticeship as a Management Assistant in Healthcare at TK, you get exactly that! As a benefits expert, you will learn everything you need to know about our healthcare system. You will learn the legal framework and gain commercial know-how – not only in theory but directly in practice. Ideal prerequisites for providing policyholders with individual advice and first-class healthcare. Learning content: learn as much as possible about the healthcare system and social insurance; understand what commercial processes have to do with the health insurance fund; learn how to advise customers with passion on all questions regarding sickness benefit individually and competently; ensure that insured persons with serious illnesses receive the right benefit at the right time; know how to assess insurance relationships and decide on benefit commitments.

Have a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Fachabitur), or a good intermediate school leaving certificate (mittlere Reife) by the start of the apprenticeship; want to not only understand but actively shape the commercial world of healthcare; enjoy approaching people openly and love the feeling of making their lives easier through your work.

Work-Life Balance: 35.5-hour week, flexible working hours between 6 am and 8 pm, 30 days vacation, December 24 and 31 off. Attractive apprenticeship pay: in-house collective agreement, year 1: €1,550, year 2: €1,675, year 3: €1,800, plus Christmas bonus, capital-forming benefits, company pension scheme. Apprenticeship duration 2.5 years with a dedicated contact person. Future-oriented training to develop skills for the changing world of work. Home office possible depending on apprenticeship stage and practical experience. Germany job ticket subsidy (€44.10 instead of €63).
