Industrial Electronics Technician Apprenticeship, Rendsburg Region, Starting 9 August 2027

The apprenticeship provides practical skills in installation technology, building automation, lighting, switchgear, automation, electrical drives, measurement and control technology and power electronics. Practical assignments mainly take place in service groups in Schleswig-Holstein and are supplemented by vocational school, projects, seminars and training.

Practical training at the Rendsburg training centre covering installation technology, building automation, lighting technology, distribution boards, control cabinets, automation, electrical drives, measurement and control technology and power electronics; support day-to-day operations; assist with maintenance and repair of high-voltage switchgear, transformers, automation systems, data transmission systems, overhead lines and high-voltage cables; work on independent projects; exchange knowledge and collaborate with colleagues.

Interest in technical questions; problem-solving skills and manual dexterity; willingness to learn, curiosity and ability to work in a team; at least an intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades in mathematics and science, especially physics.
