Learning and Development Specialist

You will develop and support training for employees and managers, manage the 360Learning platform and organise learning events. You will also assess training quality and contribute to HR and organisational development projects.

• Develop, advise on, plan and support programmes for the professional and personal development of employees and managers.
• Identify and agree individual and department-specific training needs with managers and employees.
• Develop, administer and improve the user experience of the 360Learning platform, and maintain and develop its learning catalogues, learning paths and digital development resources.
• Organise and support internal and external training, seminars and other learning events, and build and maintain a network of internal and external trainers, coaches and education partners.
• Create and develop digital training and product content for potential customers as an additional part of the role.
• Evaluate training and development activities, ensure their quality, analyse learning results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support other administrative and organisational HR tasks when needed, and contribute to HR and organisational development projects.

• A completed degree or comparable qualification focusing on human resources, education, business psychology or a related subject.
• Several years of experience in employee and leadership development.
• Experience designing and delivering modern staff development and learning formats, ideally within an internal company academy, learning academy or training centre.
• Confidence using digital learning platforms, preferably 360Learning.
• Strong planning, organisational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and advisory skills, with confidence working with people at different levels of the organisation.
• Initiative, a focus on solutions and enjoyment of actively shaping staff development with the future in mind.
