Testia GmbH - NDT Trainer/Instructor

As an NDT trainer at Testia, you lead courses and work closely with participants. Modern training facilities focus on classroom teaching, with digital learning formats planned for the future. This permanent, full-time role starts as soon as possible.

• Teach course content and prepare participants for exams in the different testing methods
• Interact confidently and professionally with course participants
• Create and update course materials
• Create, document and correct exam questions
• Help develop new teaching methods
• Document learning progress and assessment results
• Deliver in-house training at customer sites
• Support internal and external audits and audit preparation
• Help improve our training programme
• Design new training content

• Completed training as a Level II NDT inspector under EN 4179 and at least five years of practical experience in three of the following methods:
• RT (radiographic testing), film and non-film
• UT (ultrasonic testing)
• TT (thermographic testing)
• Willingness to learn further methods such as:
• PAUT (phased array ultrasonic testing)
• ET (eddy current testing)
• MT (magnetic particle testing)
• PT (penetrant testing)
• Teaching skills to explain course content
• Experience running seminars or teaching adults is desirable
• Enjoy developing new teaching methods, including online learning
• Enjoy working with people
• A high level of initiative, resilience, strong communication skills and teamwork
• Very good German and good English
• Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
