About this Apprenticeship
At Thyssengas, we want to make a difference! With our energy network of approx. 4,400 route kilometers, over 100 years of experience in gas transport, and around 550 employees, we are the pioneers of the energy future. Technically precise, regionally anchored, and with high team spirit, we supply municipal utilities, industrial plants, and power plants. Our responsibility to sustainably enable the energy supply of tomorrow with hydrogen and other green gases drives us. Are you in? You don't just want to watch, but actively work on the energy supply of tomorrow? Then become part of our sales team and support us in advancing the energy transition. From the start, you will be involved in exciting projects and take on your own tasks with real added value. The gross hourly wage is €15.00 for Bachelor students and €17.00 for Master students.
What You'll Learn
- Support our project managers along the entire grid connection process, from preparation to successful connection of our customers. In doing so, you gain exciting insights into cooperation with customers, technical and commercial departments, and project teams.
- Independent takeover of sub-tasks and smaller projects in technical contract management (e.g. you check technical documents, maintain contract templates, and contribute your own ideas to optimize our processes).
- Maintenance of our CRM system as well as administration of contracts and documents in our Enterprise Content Management System. Here you actively contribute to the further development of our digital work processes.
- Active co-design of the expansion of our service portfolio. You have the opportunity to co-develop concepts and sustainably improve processes.
Requirements
- You are studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable degree program and are enthusiastic about technical issues and the future of the energy industry.
- First practical experiences, for example through internships, working student activities, or university projects, are an advantage. We are particularly pleased about experiences in customer contact, project environment, or contract management.
- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are part of your daily student life and you use them confidently. Moreover, you use BI tools or have an interest in learning them.
- You want to take responsibility, learn new things, and actively shape the energy transition.
What Thyssengas GmbH offers
- Theory meets practice: We complement your studies with insights into practice. This allows you to take the first step for your further professional life and gain valuable experiences.
- Flexible working hours: We offer modern working time models and the possibility of mobile working.
- Celebrate successes together!: We bear responsibility and professional competence – and we celebrate our successes together, e.g. at team events, the Christmas party, or our summer festival!
