Electrician / Electronics Technician / Mechatronics Technician as Maintenance Technician

The Automotive Technology business unit produces and markets automotive high-tech components worldwide. thyssenkrupp Automotive Systems contributes as an assembly and logistics provider, delivering chassis modules and systems just-in-time/just-in-sequence directly to customers' lines.

• You independently carry out maintenance, inspections and repairs on machines and systems, focusing on electrical systems.
• You also fix faults in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical components.
• You analyze errors using diagnostic tools such as Ishikawa and 5W and document all fault-clearing measures.
• You ensure structured information sharing in the team and actively shape shift handover processes in later shift operation.
• You proactively contribute to optimizing systems and maintenance processes and support the TPM step model.

• Completed technical vocational training with a focus on electronics or mechatronics.
• Authorization to work with 400 volts.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in maintenance of production systems.
• Sound knowledge of automation technology, robotics, PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal) and sensor technology.
• Experience with servo and frequency converter technology and various sensor technologies.
• Confident use of MS Office and common PC applications.
• Strong initiative and sense of responsibility.
• German skills at C1 level (written and spoken).
