About this Apprenticeship
Working student role at TKMS in Hamburg in People & Culture. You support strategic projects. Part-time, limited, hybrid.
What You'll Learn
- Support and help shape the management of People & Culture projects
- Draft new and revise existing project support documents (playbooks, checklists, …)
- Support the planning, organization and execution of People & Culture projects
- Design a new document management system for company regulations, including publishing the documents in the company for the right audiences
- Help create content for employee and manager communication (Confluence pages, intranet posts, meeting rounds)
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in business administration, communication science, business psychology or a comparable degree program
- Understanding of project management
- Ability to develop new working methods and processes
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Understanding of the details of processes and working methods
- Organizational skills and enjoyment of cross-department collaboration
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good German and English skills (B2) written and spoken
