About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at the toom DIY store in Troisdorf starting on 1 August 2027. The sales assistant route lasts two years, while the retail sales professional route lasts three years. You learn to advise customers, display goods, operate the till and organise store work during store opening hours.

- During the two-year sales assistant apprenticeship, you learn to advise customers, display goods, operate the till and handle daily store operations.
- During the three-year retail sales professional apprenticeship, you also build your business knowledge, take responsibility for your own projects and develop your sales skills.

- You enjoy helping customers get what they need.
- You have a friendly manner.
- You are open and enjoy communicating.
- You have a strong interest in our DIY store products.
- You hold at least a lower secondary school leaving certificate.
