Apprenticeship Retail Salesperson / Sales Assistant - Hardware Store

For the training start on 1 September 2027, toom is looking for you as a future toomworker at the toom hardware store in Kolbermoor. You can choose training as a sales assistant (m/f/d) in 2 years or as a retail merchant (m/f/d) in 3 years. Respect, mutual appreciation and support matter most to the team.

• You go through different departments and are the first contact person for our customers
• You give tips, know the goods and always have the right tool and material ready
• You take responsibility in your own projects and contribute your ideas
• You also keep developing through our apprentice seminars and professional training, so you are well prepared for your exam
• Sales assistant: You learn everything about customer advice, product presentation, cashier work and the daily running of the store.
• Retail merchant: You deepen your knowledge of business topics, take responsibility in your own projects and develop into a sales professional.
