Apprenticeship Retail Merchant / Sales Assistant - Garden Department

For the training start on 01.08.2027, we are looking for you as a future toomworker for our toom hardware store. With us, you come first and a whole team stands behind you: respect, mutual appreciation and support are the most important things to us. The Sales Assistant apprenticeship lasts 2 years, the Retail Merchant apprenticeship 3 years. The training takes place within store opening hours.

• You get to know the various departments of the garden center, from houseplants and garden building materials to lawn mowers and grills
• You take responsibility in your own projects
• You keep developing through trainee seminars and professional training and are well prepared for your exam
• Sales Assistant (2 years): You learn everything about customer consulting, product presentation, checkout work and the daily routine in the garden department.
• Retail Merchant (3 years): You also deepen your knowledge of business topics, take responsibility in your own projects and develop into a sales professional.
