Independent management of the store and handling of customer concerns Alignment of store operations with customer requirements, ensuring implementation of services and acting as local entrepreneur Disciplinary leadership and structured development of your store team (e.g. talent management, succession planning, recruitment) as well as acting as motivator, role model and coach Achievement of budget targets and responsibility for strategic location development Ensuring (seasonal) product availability, inventory accuracy and store processes in cooperation with your entire store team Creating a communication structure in the store and acting as impulse giver Ensuring implementation of concepts, guidelines and services as well as internal and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety)

• Disciplinary leadership and structured development of your store team (e.g. talent management, succession planning, recruitment) as well as acting as motivator, role model and coach
• Achievement of budget targets and responsibility for strategic location development
• Ensuring (seasonal) product availability, inventory accuracy and store processes in cooperation with your entire store team
• Creating a communication structure in the store and acting as impulse giver
• Ensuring implementation of concepts, guidelines and services as well as internal and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety)

• Completed training as retail/wholesale merchant (f/m/d), certified retail specialist, business administrator, business administration degree or comparable professional experience as branch manager, store manager, branch director or house manager
• Several years of experience in leading larger teams and in developing and motivating employees
• Sound business management knowledge in evaluating key figures, e.g. via merchandise management system
• Strong organisational skills, e.g. for handling daily business and long-term planning
• High sense of responsibility, willingness to make decisions and desire for personal responsibility
• Ideally knowledge of DIY store assortment
