IT Support Employee Focus First- / Second-Level Support

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for an IT Support Employee (m/f/d) with a focus on First- and Second-Level Support to strengthen our IT team.

• Support of our colleagues in First- and Second-Level Support via ticket system & telephone
• Support, maintenance and documentation of Windows hardware and software as well as network infrastructure including components
• User management & assignment of permissions in the ERP system and other systems
• Packaging and distribution of software & updates via client management software
• Maintenance and administration of cloud telephony
• Support and maintenance of IT infrastructure at around 30 locations remotely or on-site
• Participation in and implementation of IT projects

• You have a completed, qualified training in the IT field - applicants with high technical affinity and practical experience in the IT field are equally welcome
• You are interested in IT-based projects and supporting your colleagues via telephone and ticket system
• You have a good understanding of business relationships between sales and IT requirements
• Confident appearance, teamwork skills and continuous willingness to learn
• Independent working style, strong team orientation and high customer and service orientation
• Ideally a class B driver's license
