About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Friendly greeting, service, and farewell of our customers
- Smooth and inventory-secure processing of checkout transactions and trustworthy handling of payment methods
- Implementation of our services, e.g., equipment and van rental and processing of online reservations
- Handling of complaints, warranties, and returns
- Answering customer inquiries and possible forwarding to colleagues
- Maintenance and attractive presentation of the checkout area as well as restocking of goods
Requirements
- Experience in retail, e.g., as a retail management specialist, cashier, or career changer from another industry
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact, solution orientation, and organizational skills
- A careful, structured, and equally efficient way of working
- Confident handling of merchandise management systems
