Administrative Role in Returns Management and Customer Service

Part-time role with up to 110 hours per month at the Rodgau fulfilment centre. The new e-commerce warehouse supplies customers with the full DIY range and manages the flow of materials and goods while developing logistics processes.

• Handle various administrative tasks, including customer tickets, invoice checks and general support for daily operations
• Prepare analyses, reports and summaries of key figures, and help analyse relevant process data
• Work closely with customer service and customer delivery logistics as a central contact to keep information flowing smoothly
• Help directly in the warehouse with daily tasks involving returns and goods movements
• Handle customer returns independently, classify goods and ensure they are recorded correctly in the relevant systems
• Help manage, maintain and check contract documents, training records and other documentation

• You have completed commercial vocational training, ideally in logistics, or have comparable work experience
• You confidently use MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, in your daily work
• Knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP EWM, is an advantage
• You work well in a team, communicate clearly, take initiative and focus on finding solutions
• You work in an organised, careful way and keep track of tasks even during busy periods
• You have a strong focus on service and base your actions on customers' needs
• You are flexible, responsible and comfortable making decisions
