During your apprenticeship, you will get to know the various operational processes and departments at Transgourmet.

Technical check: You inspect the truck before the tour, keep it in good condition, and help with minor breakdowns (e.g., tire changes, simple checks, reporting defects). Tour control: You drive planned tours, use navigation/on-board computer, and comply with driving and rest times. Cold chain & load guardian: You monitor temperatures, load/unload roll containers/pallets, and secure goods professionally for transport. Customer contact: You are the 'face' of the company at the customer, coordinate the delivery, and remain friendly. Handover & documentation: You have deliveries acknowledged, clarify discrepancies, and document everything via scanner/delivery note (including empties/deposits).

Technical understanding: You are interested in vehicles and can solve small problems yourself. Safety awareness: You drive proactively and pay attention to load securing and occupational safety. Reliability: You keep to schedules and handle goods and vehicles responsibly. Friendliness: You have direct customer contact and remain polite and helpful. Concentration: You are attentive in traffic and during documentation/handover. Physical strength: You help with loading/unloading. Stress resistance: You stay calm in traffic jams, time pressure, or short-notice changes.
