During your apprenticeship you will learn how to keep an overview in various areas such as administration, purchasing and accounting and coordinate processes optimally.

Daily office organization: Keep all threads together in the background and support general office procedures; Numbers in view: Participate in financial, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting and develop an understanding of commercial processes in daily business; Ingredient check: Check incoming invoices like a quality manager in the kitchen and ensure everything is correctly posted to the right accounts; Secure bookings: Create booking documents, debits and credits to suppliers and learn how precise and reliable accounting works; Supplier communication: Accompany negotiation talks with our suppliers and negotiate the best deals
