• Ingredient check: Check incoming invoices in accounting and make sure everything is booked to the right accounts
• Supplier communication: Join negotiation talks with suppliers and negotiate the best deals
• Purchasing on a large scale: Plan and coordinate the purchasing of products so the right ingredients are always available at the right time
• Keeping an eye on numbers: Help in financial, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting and develop an understanding of everyday commercial processes
• Supporting trade projects: Be there when new food trade projects get started and support from planning to implementation
• Marketing planning: Contribute your organizational talent to planning our in-house trade fair and develop marketing measures for our own brands
