Apprentice in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management

A varied apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade management involving customer contact, product advice, quotation calculation, goods planning and insight into warehousing and logistics. The apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2027.

Supporting commercial customers by telephone and email; preparing quotations and calculating prices; finding suitable products and alternatives; assisting with goods planning; coordinating delivery times with logistics and dispatch; gaining insight into goods receipt, order picking and shipping; handling queries, complaints and shortages; working with sales and contribution-margin figures.

Communicative, organised and solution-oriented; friendly even in stressful situations; structured way of working; understanding of figures for price and quantity calculations; affinity for IT; comfortable using inventory management systems and digital processes; negotiation skills; curiosity about product ranges, customer groups and logistics processes.
